Project Managers for a dynamic wind Company – Portfolio Management

In the Project Manager role at ENABL, you will have an exciting, challenging, and varied workday. You will be working across the wind industry with a large interface into different organizations.
You will experience a great deal of independence as you will be responsible for planning and project execution. You will also be responsible for the project's finance, resources, and schedule in close dialogue with our customers. We emphasize close cooperation with our customers, which is why our Project Managers mainly work at the customer’s office gaining from being close to main stakeholders of the project.
In this role you will work closely with 5-8 ENABL Project Manager´s maintaining and executing a portfolio of project´s for one of our major customers’. The portfolio mainly consists of new product development related WTG´s. Your role will be Lead Project Manager managing the portfolio in joined effort with another Lead and the remaining Project Management set-up from ENABL.
We are looking for Project Managers with a strong vision and eager walking the extra mile to make the project team successful.
You might have a theoretical background as an Engineer, Lead Engineer, or you may have a more commercial education with a focus on Project Management.
For this specific position we´re looking for a Project Manager who has embarked the path of Project Management and gained 3-5 years of experience.
To ensure the progress of a project, it is important that you master the PM toolbox keeping stakeholders always informed regarding scope change, risk, opportunities etc. Personally, you´re ambitious, dedicated, and you are constantly seeking to improve yourself. In addition, you enjoy a workday with challenging tasks, occasionally forcing you to move out of your comfort zone. You are respected by the project participants due to your broad professional insight and your ability to lead a constructive and challenging dialogue.
As a Project Manager at ENABL, you will work closely with the customers' organizations daily, and it is, therefore, crucial that it is natural for you to act in a changing environment with diverse corporate cultures and industries. As you will lead projects with people at different levels, it is important that you are outgoing, empathetic, and have strong collaboration and communication skills in English.
