Everllence is in a unique position to make a significant impact on the future of global shipping. An important step of the way is to provide retrofit solutions to our clients, who need to improve the fuel efficiency and fulfill the increasing regulatory requirements.
You will play an important role in:
As Head of Retrofit & Upgrade – Products, you are overall responsible for our standardized product portfolio of fuel saving products, solutions to increase reliability and solutions to fulfill current and future regulatory requirements.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Overall professional and disciplinary management for Retrofit Products in order to secure profitable growth of revenue and profit.
- Secure that the Retrofit Products strategy is implemented on decarbonization and digitalization, and adjust where needed.
- Product development of new products meeting market demand and ensuring future business in cooperation with the R&D and Engineering departments.
- Leadership of a dedicated and international management team of 4 managers and staff of around 50 people, located in the
- Product Centers Copenhagen, Frederikshavn and Holeby.

We are looking for a candidate who leads with integrity, inspires confidence, and fosters a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is skilled at setting a clear direction and motivating others, ensuring that each team member feels empowered and aligned with Everllence’s goals.
- Have 5-7 years of managerial professional experience.
- Have a strong commercial mindset with experience in global sales, with the ability to negotiate with top management from partners and customers.
- Hold a degree in engineering / naval architect, or similar.
- Have the ability to communicate on all levels in an international business environment.
- Are fluent in English both in speech and writing at the negotiation level.

Retrofit & Upgrade – Products consists of 4 departments (Sales, Product Management, Order Handling, and Product Execution) and all are very customer-focused.
